A valid passport is required for this tour and is the responsibility of each passenger. Passports should be valid for up to six (6) months beyond the travel dates. Prices do not include traveler’s or diving insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, or non-Ocean Master rental gear. Prices are subject to change due to foreign exchange rate fluctuations. Taxes and fees for travel between the United States and Israel are included. Price includes all base fare and 7.5% U.S. Excise Tax, if applicable. Prices .may not include fuel surcharges unless otherwise indicated. Quoted price does not include the following taxes, fees and charges that may apply to your travel itinerary: * U.S. Excise Tax of $15.40 for each international arrival and departure in the U.S. * Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) of up to $18.00 per roundtrip. * September 11th Security Fees of up to $10 per roundtrip. One way travel may incur fees in excess of $5. * Each arrival in the U.S. is subject to U.S. inspection fees of up to $17.50. * Non-U.S. government ticket taxes, fees and airport charges may add up to $160 per ticket. * A $50 fee will be charged for paper tickets.

An invoice will be mailed before the payment due dates. All applicable taxes will be included by the final payment date. We accept personal check, money orders or cash. A 3.0% fee will be added for credit card payments. Once you have paid your deposit or any subsequent payment towards your balance, the following fees will apply according to the date of your written cancellation:

Ocean Master, Inc., and its affiliate Uyehara Travel, whose vouchers are used by respective agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, hold themselves free of responsibility for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever. Ocean Master, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused by late arrivals, departures and change of schedule or other conditions nor will they be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not on board their conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours, and/or passenger. Ocean Master, Inc. does not hold any responsibility for the conduct of any of its members, hotel, motorcoach, ships, train or airline personnel. Itinerary and hotels are subject to change. Additional restrictions may apply for changes to itinerary. We will not be held responsible for errors. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that, if necessary, we may pass your contact details and numbers to any third party connected with the operation of the specific Dive Travel Package which you have booked. This information will not be used for any other purpose by the third party, nor will it be passed to any other parties. Please note that international airlines are required by applicable laws to give border control agencies access to passenger data. Accordingly any information we hold about you and your travel arrangements may be disclosed to the customs and immigration authorities of any country in your itinerary or to which you may be diverted. This agreement may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. When you pay your deposit, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions.
To apply for the travel insurance, please fill out the insurance application form with you reservation form and remit to Ocean Master. You will need to enclose two checks as follows:
1. Payable to Ocean Master, 319 E. 2nd Street, #208, Los Angeles, CA 90012 for deposits and invoice balances.
2. Payable to Travel Insurance Services for insurance.
